The family of a man who died after police Tased him gathered for a vigil to remember his life.
Tulsa police say said Ollie Brooks Sr. resisted arrest as officers served a warrant. Officers Tased Brooks and used pepper spray.
Brooks stopped breathing, and the attempt to resuscitate him didn't work.
Sunday night, Brooks’ family, along with the group We The People, went to the motel where the attack happened to honor his memory.
They also want people to know that Brooks' warrant was just for jaywalking.

"You should care about this story because the warrant was for a minor infraction," said Marq Lewis with We The People.
Ollie Brooks Jr. said, "He had heart problems, but the treatment he had was pretty minor. It wasn't like he was one foot out of the grave or anything like that."
Friday, police said it’s their job to serve warrants regardless of the offense.
