A neighbor called police after spotting suspicious activity - someone checking door handles throughout the Wedgwood neighborhood near 21st and Yale.

"Tonight one of them was able to get some of these items which were recovered."
Saul Luviano, 19, and 18-year-old Isaiah Washington were arrested Sunday morning after police say they took several items from at least two cars. A juvenile also taken into custody is back with his parents.
"Those people have been causing trouble here for a while," said Tulsa resident Gary Hall.
Hall has lived in the area for about 10 years. He says he's been victimized by these suspects before.
"It was more an inconvenience than the stuff they took," he said, "but its the stuff you keep in your car. It wasn't anything expensive, but it was irritating to have to go replace. Some of these people really lost stuff that was valuable, and you hate to hear about that."
Washington was booked on two complaints of burglary of a vehicle, possession of burglary tools, possession of an illegal weapon, possession of drug paraphernalia and resisting arrest.
