A judge has denied a motion for a Tulsa man to withdraw his guilty plea in a Glenpool child rape case.

In April, a Tulsa judge sentenced Kevin Smith, 44,  to 120 years in prison for raping a 12-year-old girl. He was charged with two counts of first-degree rape and one count each of kidnapping and first-degree rape by instrumentation.

An attorney for Smith filed the motion to withdraw the guilty plea last week.
