Denver Broncos cornerback and Bixby native Chris Harris Jr. is back in Green Country this weekend.
The former undrafted player now Super Bowl champion hosted his annual football camp the Underdog Academy at Bixby High School.
The camp is part of his foundation that helps kids across the country.
This is the second time he's returned home since winning Super Bowl 50 in back in February.
Harris has always been popular back home, but he still appreciates the warm welcome he gets and the opportunity to give back to Bixby.
"It means a lot and I just try to be a role model for these children, just try to give an example to them and they've been able to give back to me,” said Harris. “ So, I'm just thankful for everything they've done for me here and I just want to give it back to these kids.”
