Police responding to a report of suspicious activity in a Broken Arrow neighborhood Wednesday morning ended up arresting two men for the theft of bicycles and lawn mowers.

Police were called to the 200 block of North 10th Street where they found a pickup loaded with the items.  The two, Bobby Taylor, 33, and Joshua Charbonneau, 18, told officers they were only picking up items, like bicycles and lawn mowers left at the curb and were "junking" them.

A resident told police one of the lawn mowers in the truck belonged to him.

Both Taylor and Charbonneau were arrested on complaints including petty larceny.  All the items in the truck were taken to the police department's property room.
