Tulsa Public Schools: Water Restored To Edison High School

The water is back on at Edison High School in Tulsa, according to Tulsa Public Schools. 

Employees arrived around 7 a.m. to find the middle and high school campuses had no water, according to Chris Payne of Tulsa Public Schools.

They learned a construction crew hit a line, causing the problem.

Water had already been restored to the middle school and cafeteria, Payne said. It took a little longer to get the problem fixed at the high school.

Administrators were planning to bring in bottled water for drinking and setting up hand washing stations, Payne said, but it didn't prove necessary.
