Suspected DUI Driver Crashes ATV In Rogers County

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says a Glenpool woman was injured after an ATV she was riding ran off a Rogers County road and overturned early Friday.

Troopers said Maribel Carrasco, 28, was a passenger on the ATV when the driver, Abel Perez Jr, 22, of Tulsa crashed at about 12:30 a.m. just north of Highway 20, three miles east of Collinsville.

Owasso EMS took Carrasco to the hospital.  The OHP says the driver refused treatment.  They said Perez was Driving Under the Influence when he failed to negotiate a curve in the road.
