Woman Files Civil Suit Against Former Tulsa County Deputy, Ex-Sheriff

A woman filed a lawsuit against former Tulsa County Sheriff Stanley Glanz and former deputy Gerald Nuckolls.

A judge sentenced Nuckolls to eight years in prison for sexual battery and indecent exposure.

The woman in the civil lawsuit testified against Nuckolls, but the jury did not convict him on any charges relating to her.

She says while on duty, Nuckolls forced her to perform a sex act during a traffic stop. She claims she cooperated because she was afraid of being arrested.

The suit also names Glanz, claiming he knew about the incident but didn't investigate

The woman who Nuckolls was convicted of inappropriately touching also has filed a civil suit.
