Man Pleads Guilty To 2013 Sexual Assault Of Broken Arrow Student

A man is going to prison for the sexual assault of a Broken Arrow student two years ago.

Peter Nolan pleaded guilty to several charges including lewd molestation and child pornography in a plea deal that will sentence him to 20 years.

Nolan was already a registered sex offender when a teenage girl said he attacked her while she was on her way to Oliver Middle School.

She was able to get free and run to the school.

Nolan was convicted of sexually assaulting a 21-year-old woman in 2007 and served three years of a five-year sentence for that crime.
