Tulsa police have released the name of a man found dead in downtown Tulsa Monday morning.

Investigators said 22-year-old Morgan Weaver was wearing an ankle monitor out of Okmulgee County for a drug charge, and was living in a halfway-house.

Police said Weaver's roommate took him to a plasma donation center around 7:15 Monday morning, but surveillance video shows he only stayed there about five minutes.

The medical examiner isn't sure how Weaver died, but said there was trauma to his torso and abrasions on his back that could be tire marks.

Police want anyone with information about the case to call Crime Stopper at 918-596-COPS.
