Prosecutors charged a Tulsa man involved in a high-speed crash in September 2014 which killed an elderly Tulsa woman.
James Blissit, 45, faces charges of negligent homicide and reckless driving for the crash at 71st and Evanston on September 26, 2014.
Police said Blissit was driving 52 miles over the speed limit when he crashed into another car, killing Emma Jean Bennett, 82.
Officers said Bennett never saw Blissit's Chevy Camaro coming at her. Crash investigators say the black box in Blissit's Camaro showed he was traveling at 97 mph three seconds before the crash and that he never hit his brakes.
