There are new details this evening about the investigation into the human remains found by the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation near Bristow last month.
An affidavit says the remains likely are those of Kimberly Davis, a woman reported missing in January. The affidavit says Jimmy Moser admitted to some of his family members that he killed her and burned her body.
Moser currently is not charged with her death, but he is charged with killing a man in Osage County last month.
Investigators say after Moser was arrested for that murder, he told them he killed Davis and where to find her remains.
We'll have more details on this story at 9 and 10 p.m.
