Authorities Identify Sand Springs Man Killed In Highway 412 Wreck

Oklahoma Highway Patrol has identified the Sand Springs man killed in a crash on Highway 412 Monday morning.

Terry Lee Burns, 58, was eastbound near Adams Road when he left the roadway and struck a van parked on the shoulder. The van was disabled with one wheel removed and on a jack.

It was legally parked, according to troopers.

No one else was injured in the crash.

The cause of the wreck is still under investigation.
