3 cups sweet peppers cut into chunks
3 cups halved grape tomatoes
3 (8-oz.) containers fresh small mozzarella cheese balls or cubes
1 package turkey pepperoni (optional)
60 (6-inch) wooden skewers or party toothpicks
Wash vegetables in lukewarm running water and cut into chunks.
Thread 1 tomato, 1 cheese ball, 1 pepperoni slice, and 1 chunk of pepper onto each skewer. If using pepperoni, twist and then thread it onto the skewer. Serve with Basil Vinaigrette Dressing on the side if desired.
