Tulsa Police: 87 Percent Of 2014 Homicide Cases Are Closed

City of Tulsa Police have investigated 53 homicides so far in 2014.

TPD Homicide Sgt. Dave Walker said 87 percent of those cases are closed.

Domestic and other disputes were the cause of 25 of the homicides, followed by six labeled as officer involved.

Walker said this time last year, the city had 66 recorded homicides.
