Police Make Another Arrest In Sallisaw Cold Case

New charges have been filed in the death of a man whose body was found outside Sallisaw nearly 20 years ago.

Ricky Dority is charged with first-degree murder and robbery for the 1997 death of Mitchell Nixon.

Rex Robbins, who is also charged in the case, has pleaded not guilty.

Dority is already in federal prison for a 1999 firearm conviction.
