Tulsa Police say they've identified the man whose remains were found in a storm drain two weeks ago.

Police say the Oklahoma Medical Examiner's Office and the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation identified the man as Stephen D. Clark, 47.

Tulsa Police say the case began on June 28, 2014, when Lighthorse Tribal Police found human remains in the storm drain near the River Spirit Casino at 81st and Riverside drive.

Tulsa Police, the Oklahoma Medical Examiner's Office, the FBI and the Lighthorse Tribal Police conducted further searches with the assistance of the City of Tulsa Storm Water Management Division. They found more remains on July 9, 2014. They also discovered a large community of homeless people living in the drain.
