Savory Hummus Sliders

Ingredients:

4 slices of toasted Health Starts Here Whole Grain Sourdough Rye bread or 100% whole grain bread

E2 Hummus

1 roma tomato, thinly sliced

1 avocado, quartered and sliced

¼ small onion, thinly sliced

2 cups arugula

¨÷ cup cilantro, chopped

1 small lemon, quartered

¨÷ cup shaved almonds

2 tbsp. Healthy Earth Seasonings: Mediterranean

1 tsp. fennel

2 tbsp. salsa

Cracked pepper

Directions:

Prep all veggies. Divide all ingredients evenly among four slices. Spread 2 tbs of hummus on each of the toasted breads. Sprinkle Healthy Earth Seasonings on each slice. Place the ingredients atop one another in the following order per each

slice: arugula, avocado, Roma tomato, onion, cilantro, salsa, fennel, & cracked pepper to taste.

Garnish with shaved almonds and serve with lemon wedge.

Serves 4
