Police Discover Third Case Of 'Upskirting' In Owasso

Owasso Police have discovered another incident involving a man accused of taking upskirt photos of women, a news release says.

Police began their investigation over the weekend after a customer at a JC Penney department store called police to report a man taking photos up her skirt Saturday.

They said during their investigation they discovered another case involving the same man and an unidentified woman at the Owasso Target store.

Police said on Friday, June 20 around 4:45 p.m., the man walked behind the woman and reached underneath her dress with, what appeared to be, a cell phone pointed upward.

The man was described by the woman at JC Penney as white or Hispanic and drove a dark green Chevrolet S-10 extended cab, step-side truck with a yellow tool box loose in the bed. A partial tag of the vehicle may be 624??M.

Police released an image from Target surveillance video of a bald man wearing a red OU shirt and blue jeans.
