A registered sex offender arrested over the weekend for sexually assaulting a 5-year-old child in her East Tulsa home. Officers say Kyle Hancock admitted he did it and said he had "a demon inside of him."

This is the third time Hancock has been accused of molesting a child.

The first time the crime allegedly took place, the child had no memory of it, so no charges were filed. The second time, Hancock got three years probation.

The uncle of the third victim has heartbreaking details about the girl's injuries and how afraid she now is the bad man will come back.

"Until it happens in your immediate family, you don't know the impact of it," said Doug, the victim's uncle.

He says the entire family was devastated when they learned what happened Saturday morning. He says the little girl is recovering the best she can physically.

"She had to have minor surgery, stitches, she's very bruised up," he said.

He says even though family is trying to distract her and keep her mind busy, you can tell she's still very much thinking about the strange man who came into her bedroom and did terrible things to her.

"Just out of the blue, she'll say, 'is that bad man coming back. I hope I don't ever see that bad man again.'"

The minute it happened, the entire family prayed angels would reveal the suspect so he would be recognized and arrested quickly. and that's exactly what happened when a citizen suspected Kyle Hancock was the suspect and called police.

They also prayed he would confess, which police say also happened.

Because Hancock is a registered sex offender, many people wonder why Hancock was not in prison. In August of 2011, Kyle Hancock got arrested for molesting a relative of his, a 12-year-old girl.

During that arrest, detectives say he admitted to molesting a different relative a year earlier who was only 5. To prevent the 12-year-old victim from having to testify, Hancock got three years probation but had to register for life and was ordered to get treatment.

Yet, records show he only did seven weeks of treatment, then got arrested for driving with a suspended license. His probation officer told the judge Hancock should have his probation revoked and be sent to prison.

The judge agreed, but Hancock hadn't been picked up yet.

Now, the latest victim's family is praying for healing.

"You can't let the anger develop past resentment, past unforgiveness. You have to let the love of God encompass the whole situation," said Doug, uncle of the Tulsa sexual assault victim.

Because the mother - who fought with Hancock in her daughter's bedroom - is a single mother who just moved to Tulsa for a job and doesn't want to go back to their house, they are in desperate need of some basics like money to rent a new place, gas and food.
