A man faces new charges in a crash that killed a Broken Arrow couple in July. Prosecutors say Timothy Gordineer was driving while impaired when his SUV hit Kenneth Gray and Jacquelyn Wade on their motorcycle.
Troopers say Timothy Gordineer, 47, was driving a sport utility vehicle when he went off the road and overcorrected into oncoming traffic.
The SUV hit a motorcycle head-on. The two people riding the motorcycle -- Kenneth Gray, 64, and Jacquelyn Waid, 52 -- died at the scene.
Gordineer also had a 7-year-old girl in the SUV with him. He is charged with 1st degree manslaughter, driving while impaired.
