A McAlester man who was arrested for hiding a camera in the restroom at an army ammunition plant has pleaded guilty to three counts of video voyeurism, according to the U.S. Attorney's Office for Eastern Oklahoma.
Kenneth Wayde Elkins, 55, is out on bond and awaiting sentencing.
Investigators say Elkins videotaped at least three women inside the bathroom of the McAlester Army Ammunition Plant between July 1 and August 14 of 2013.
After he was arrested in December, 2013, authorities also found child pornography on his computer and evidence he was recording inside a 16-year-old relative's room.
