Prosecutors filed charges Monday against a driver who crashed with a group of teens riding in the bed of his truck, killing two of them.

It happened outside Tahlequah back in June. Now, there's a warrant out for the driver, Ryan Molina.

Molina is facing two counts of first degree manslaughter and three counts of DUI.

Nineteen-year-old Paul Blevins Jr. and 14-year-old Michael Rogers died in the crash. Three others were thrown from the truck and injured.

Police say Molina was driving drunk and speeding when he missed a stop sign and slammed into a tree.
