Ranchers tell News On 6 another bull was shot Friday night in Nowata County. That brings the total number of livestock-related deaths to at least seven.
The latest killings happened about 10 miles south of the original killings. Jarad Collins' ranch was one of those targeted during the last two months. He estimates the death of his Black Angus cost him close to $2,000.
"I don't know why someone would do something like that," said Collins. "I've tried to come up with a logical reason, and I just can't come up with one."
The Department of Agriculture is expected to be in Delaware on Monday to assist in the investigation. If you know anything about the livestock killings, call the Nowata County Sheriff's Department at 918-273-2287.
