Tulsa Man Arrested On Child Sexual Abuse Complaints

A Tulsa man was arrested Wednesday afternoon after a 10-year-old girl accused him of molesting her, according to reports.

Brian Keith Smith, Jr., 27, was booked into Tulsa County jail on three counts of child sexual abuse.

Police say the girl was forensically interviewed and told detectives Smith forced her to touch him on multiple occasions.

According to the arrest report, Smith confessed to at least one act during a one-party consent phone call. The act was said to have taken place in a bedroom, from which police say they recovered possible semen stains.

Smith is being held in Tulsa County jail in lieu of $150,000 bond.
