A Tulsa woman's hard work is paid off Tuesday afternoon.

Angela Wooten got the keys to her brand new home on East 7th Street.

Just 12 weeks ago, Wooten teamed up with three churches and students from TU's Habitat for Humanity chapter to raise the first wall on the house.

Now, it's finished and ready for move-in.

"Now that I've actually got keys, I'm starting to feel overwhelmed. Like—it's actually mine. So, I'm a little excited," Wooten said.

Wooten will have a 20-year, zero interest mortgage that pays for the home.

The monthly payment covers her taxes and insurance, while the principle goes into the "Fund for Humanity," which is used to build more Habitat homes.
