Two former Warner volunteer firefighters were arrested on complaints of first degree arson.

Tobey Hadley, Jr. and Robert Hill were taken into custody Wednesday; accused of setting grass fires over the summer, and another fire that burned an abandoned house.

No one was injured in the fires.

Hadley and Hill are no longer volunteers with the department.

This is the second time this year a Muskogee County firefighter has been accused of arson.

Boynton firefighter Dustin Davis was charged with third-degree arson in August.

His preliminary hearing is set for November 2.
