Tulsa County, Monday, made the decision to evict a charter school from its downtown location.

The county's Industrial Authority sent a letter today to the Deborah Brown Community School, demanding it move out of the downtown Tulsa Union Depot.

The county said the school is breaking the law by setting up shop in a building that's not a certified school site.

The Oklahoma Jazz Hall of Fame owns the lease on the building, not the school.

The county's letter demands Deborah Brown pack up the school and leave immediately.
