Secret Service Expected To Interview Rocker Ted Nugent In Oklahoma

Rock musician Ted Nugent -- who earlier this week stated "if Barack Obama becomes the president in November again, "I will either be dead or in jail by this time next year" -- opens his White Buffalo Tour in Oklahoma Thursday.

According to his website, Ted Nugent will perform in Ardmore Thursday evening at the 2 Frogs Grill.

Nugent, an outspoken conservative and NRA member, repeated his comments during a talk radio show on Wednesday.  He also stated he expects to meet with the Secret Service Thursday.

The Secret Service says it is "conducting appropriate follow-up" in the wake of Nugent's comments. The Secret Service will not say when or where it plans to talk with Nugent.

Nugent has endorsed presumptive GOP nominee Mitt Romney.
