Pedestrian Struck, Killed On Tulsa County Highway Early Friday

A Sand Springs man crossing state Highway 51 in far western Tulsa County is dead after he was struck by an eastbound car just before 6 a.m. Friday.

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says Chad Fisher, 34, was wearing dark clothing and was pronounced dead at the scene.

The driver of the car, 26-year-old Jennifer Smith of Mannford, was not hurt.

The crash happened near 265th West Avenue on state Highway 51 east of Mannford.
