TULSA, Oklahoma – A trio of Braves scored in double figures Friday night in an 81-56 win over the Coweta Tigers. Tulsa Central advanced in the 5A regional round to face the Edison Eagles.
Corey Frazier, Revey Norton and Ryan Charles Boaz combined to score 63 points to help take down the Tigers.
Coweta trailed most of the game. The Tigers struggled inside against the Braves’ height. Boaz and Frazier picked up multiple blocks on the night that led to fast break opportunities for the Braves. Ryan Devers scored nine points for Central and controlled the flow of the game in the fourth quarter.
The Braves move on to the winner’s bracket in the regional round. They will take on Edison at 7 p.m. on Saturday.
