Del City Eagles Snap Lawton Wolverines' Win Streak

DEL CITY, Oklahoma – The Del City Eagles (4-1) battled hard Friday night against the undefeated Lawton Wolverines, ultimately delivering the Wolverines with their first loss of the season.

The Eagles’ junior quarterback Chazten Gonzalez (No. 1) passed off to junior running back Adrian Fletcher (No. 4) who ran it in for an Eagle touchdown.

On a separate play, Gonzalez completes a pass to senior wide receiver Chris McAlister (2) for a second Del City touchdown.

At the third quarter, the Eagles led the Wolverines, 23-7. Del City scored one last time before the game ended in a 30-7 Eagle victory.

Del City will play on the road October 15 against Norman North.
