TULSA, Oklahoma -- Tulsa County Sheriff's Office deputies are looking for a suspect who escaped after being handcuffed following a North Tulsa traffic stop early Monday.
Deputies had stopped a car near 66th Street North and Peoria at around 3 a.m.
A passenger in the car jumped out and ran down a bike trail, but police tased and then handcuffed him.
A few minutes later the man broke free and ran away, losing one of his shoes in the process.
He is described as a heavy-set white male wearing a white shirt and handcuffs.
