The name of the 14-year-old was not released.

The charge was filed on June 9, 2011 by the Muskogee County DA's office.

The Muskogee County DA's office was assigned the case by Oklahoma Attorney General Scott Pruitt after the Okmulgee County District Attorney's office recused itself from the case.

The Muskogee County DA's office says it doesn't expect to file any charges against the police officer who owned the home where the shooting happened.
