TULSA, Oklahoma – Charges were filed Wednesday against a man accused of and beating and sexually assaulting a Tulsa mother at her home earlier this week.
Rlando Bowie, 22, is charged with one count of first degree burglary, two counts of rape by instrumentation, one count of robbery with a dangerous weapon, and one count of pointing a weapon at another person.

According to court documents, police said Bowie kicked in the back door of the victim's home in the 4500 block of East Zion on June 6, 2011.
Police said he threatened the victim with a pistol, raped her, and stole money from her before leaving the home.
The victim's two daughters, a 13-year-old, and a two-year-old, were home at the time, but were not hurt.
"This is the worst beating I've seen in the 15 plus years I've been on," Corporal Dan Miller said of the crime.
A warrant has been issued for Bowie's arrest.
He is described as a black male, 5'11", weighing about 180 pounds.
