OKC Thunder Recalls Vaden from Tulsa 66ers

OKLAHOMA CITY—The Oklahoma City Thunder announced Wednesday they have recalled guard/forward Robert Vaden from the Tulsa 66ers.

The six-foot-five-inch rookie signed with the Thunder on April 9 and then sent to the Tulsa 66ers.

In four post season games for Tulsa he helped the 66ers to the semifinals of the NBA development league averaging 16.8 points, 4.3 rebounds and 1.5 assists in just over 32 minutes of playing time.

During the regular season he averaged 10.4 points and 2.4 rebounds in 45 games.

He will be available for tonight’s first round playoff game against the Denver Nuggets.

That game will tip off at 7 p.m. inside the Oklahoma City Arena.
