Dean's Vlog: Kruger Well-Respected in Basketball Community

NORMAN, Okla. -- It didn't take long for new OU coach Lon Kruger to make a splash with the fans and the media.

In a surprising twist at his introductory press conference, Kruger declared that Sooner practices would be open to the public.

That was just one of the big differences that Oklahoma fans can expect from the veteran coach as he spoke to the media, students and fans on Monday.

Oklahoma Sports Sports Director Dean Blevins was on hand at the event and gave his thoughts on Kruger's first impressions, his fit with the Sooners and where he goes from here.
