Tulsa Murder Suspect Returned To Oklahoma

TULSA, Oklahoma -- A Tulsa man charged with the murder of 22-year-old Shannon Lee is in the Tulsa County jail, following his arrest in December in North Carolina.

Billy Jones was arrested after the Tulsa County Sheriff's Office got a tip he was visiting with relatives in Charlotte, North Carolina.

He was returned to Tulsa on Monday.

Jones is charged with first degree murder and first degree arson stemming from a deadly meth lab fire in west Tulsa in late July.

Jones is scheduled to appear in Tulsa County District Court on the charges on March 8, 2011.
