TULSA, Oklahoma -- An accident shut down all the westbound lanes of the Broken Arrow Expressway at 129th East Avenue Thursday afternoon.
Tulsa Police said the accident happened about 1 p.m. when debris fell off a truck. Two cars collided trying to avoid the debris.
All westbound lanes were shut down while crews cleaned up the accident. Traffic was backed up for about 45 minutes.
The victims in the accident suffered minor injuries.
