8oz Bittersweet Chocolate
1 cup Heavy Cream
1 Whole Eggs
2 Egg Whites
2 Egg yolks
In double boiler, melt chocolate.
Combine whole eggs with egg yolks.
Whip heavy cream with gelatin to stiff peaks. Whip egg whites to stiff peaks. Whip whole egg mix into chocolate until smooth. Fold whipped whites into chocolate two thirds of the way, then fold whipped cream into chocolate making sure not to over mix. Place in cooler to set.
