Creek County Sheriff's Deputies Looking For Rape Suspect

SAPULPA, OK -- The Creek County Sheriff's Office is looking for a man involved in an assault and rape early Saturday morning in their county.

Sheriff's deputies are looking for 26-year-old Kevin Matthew Ridenour of Sapulpa. He is described as 5-foot-6, 178 pounds, with green eyes and blonde hair.

Deputies say the victim told them that Ridenour got drunk and beat her up, raped her and then attempted to strangle her at a home just outside of Sapulpa.

Deputies say Ridenour fled in a stolen vehicle, a sky blue 1997 Chevy Blazer with Oklahoma tag of 764-AJC.

He is believed to be in the Moore and Oklahoma City area.
