Natural Gas Leak Prompts Evacuations In A South Tulsa Neighborhood

TULSA, OK -- A natural gas leak in the 7500 block of South St. Louis in Tulsa caused firefighters to evacuate several homes Wednesday morning. 

Tulsa Fire went door to door asking residents to leave their homes until the leak was capped by an ONG crew.

Tulsa Fire says construction crews were digging in the area and hit a 2" natural gas line.

That leak caused firefighters to evacuate at least a dozen homes before they were able to shut off the leak.
