½ c. Head Country BBQ Sauce (Original or Hickory flavor)
3 tbsp. packed brown sugar
1 tbsp. Head Country All-Purpose Championship Seasoning Mix
4 Bar-S Franks
4 slices Bar-S bacon
4 hot dog buns, split
Warm the BBQ sauce in a small saucepan over low heat. Preheat grill or indoor grill pan for medium-low heat.
Combine brown sugar and seasoning mix in a small shallow dish. Roll and press franks in the seasoning to coat; wrap each frank with 1 bacon slice. Insert toothpick in each end to secure bacon. Roll frank again in seasoning mixture.
Grill bacon-wrapped franks, covered, over medium-low heat or coals 12 to 15 minutes or until bacon is browned and franks are heated through, turning every 2 to 3 minutes to evenly brown bacon. Place buns on grill during last 1 to 2 minutes of cooking to toast. Remove toothpicks! Serve hot dogs in buns with warm BBQ sauce.
