TULSA, OK -- A Tulsa man involved in a deadly case of mistaken identity has pleaded guilty in Tulsa County District Court.
Antonio Wells, 20, was charged with first degree murder and several counts of assault and battery with a deadly weapon stemming from a shooting on North Cincinnati in September 2008.
Wells was one of the prosecution's key witnesses in the case in the death of a 16-year-old and injuries to three other teens.
During a court hearing Monday, Wells pleaded guilty to amended charges in the case and was sentenced to 20 years on each count with ten of those years to be served in prison.
Court officials say each count was amended to accessory after the fact.
