Empty Boat Found In Arkansas River

TULSA, OK -- An empty boat was pulled to shore in the Arkansas River Monday morning.

The boat was spotted floating between 21st and 31st streets. It was pulled to shore at the pedestrian bridge on the east side of the river.

Crews with the Tulsa Fire Department said the boat was empty when they pulled it to shore, but said it appeared someone had been fishing.

Authorities said it's possible this could turn into a missing person investigation.
