Man Steals Trailer, Leads OHP On Chase

The Highway Patrol says a man led them on a chase down the Creek Turnpike, finally crashing near 121st Street South and Highway 117.

CREEK COUNTY -- A robbery suspect is nursing his wounds in jail. The Highway Patrol says a man led them on a chase down the Creek Turnpike on Saturday, finally crashing near 121st Street South and Highway 117.

The suspect is the only person injured.

Deputies say he suffered some dog bites when the canine unit caught up with him.

Deputies say he had stolen a trailer from a south Tulsa Sam's store and that's why he was running.
