Accused Tulsa Pawn Shop Killer Pleads Not Guilty

TULSA, OK -- A man accused of killing a Tulsa pawn shop clerk was in court on Wednesday.  Marquaillo Holbert appeared in court without a lawyer and pleaded not guilty to murdering Cody Holmes.

Holmes was shot and killed at the EZ Pawn Shop in April of 2007.  Holbert was arrested last February in Dallas on a drug charge.

He was brought back to Tulsa last week.  Holbert's being held without bond in the Tulsa County jail.

Another man, Marcel Frazier is also charged with first degree murder in Holmes' death.
