Fatal Farm Tractor Accident

TULSA COUNTY -- The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says a 26-year old man is dead following an accident on 145th East Avenue and 66th Street North.
The accident happened Thursday morning. OHP troopers says the victim was driving a farm tractor north on 145th East Avenue. As he was turning left into a field, a northbound dump truck went left of center striking the tractor.
Juan Avalos-Rodriguez was pronounced dead at the scene.
The OHP says the accident remains under investigation.
