A 20-year old Locust Grove man has been charged with dropping a tombstone off a bridge into the cab of a passing semi back.
Jeremy McGirt has been charged with throwing or dropping an object onto a motor vehicle stemming from an incident on June 12.
That incident happened on the Cherokee Turnpike in Mayes County near Locust Grove.
The DA's office says McGirt, acting in concert with two juveniles, allegedly dropped a 38-pound piece of concrete onto a truck driven by 66-year old Richard Webb of Porum.
A Mayes County District Court judge has issued an arrest warrant for McGirt.
If convicted, McGirt could spend up to 10 years in prison.
