Tulsa police are investigating the city's eighth homicide of the year. Early Saturday morning, officers found 24-year-old, Charles Fanning shot to death in a parked car near 1200 North Boston Avenue.
Police, EMSA, and the Tulsa Fire Department responded and found Fanning slumped over in the driver's seat. They say the he was shot. The driver's side window was broken out.
A woman living in the same neighborhood called police after a man knocked on her door and said someone was bleeding to death in a car outside. That man left, but police did find him. They say they don't believe he's involved with the shooting.
